- Zultanite is an extremely rare precious gem valued for its color change property, it is a diaspore, chameleon type stone. Its name comes from the Ottoman sultan, as it was first discovered in Turkey. The most notable thing about Zultanite is its ability to change color depending on the light source under which it is located, it can vary from brown, green, gold to red, pink and purple tones. It is mined in Türkiye, and in limited quantities.
